I worked closely with Melissa for 8 years while she was with Turner and Patat. She was not only smart but caring, warm, funny and always willing to help. She saw me through a huge learning curve with so much patience.
She is someone that I will always remember with great fondness and respect.

Peace and God's blessings to your family.

We are thinking of you at this time as you have the memorial service in Athens and regret that we cannot be with you. My husband is improving but oh, so slowly, it seems.
Know that you are all in our hearts and thoughts in these coming days. If you come back to Augusta please let us know.
Love, Betty and Charles

To Melissa's family: I worked with Kirby at the bank many years ago, so I was so very sorry to hear about this tragic loss. I didn't know Melissa, but I express my heartfelt sympathy to you on the loss of a wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend, co worker, etc. She was obviously a very good person. I know your hearts are broken, but I pray that God will grant you a Peace and Comfort that only He can give in such times.
