After his time in the military, Glynn wore many hats during his working years. He was a farmer for many years and he also worked in sales and management of livestock feed and pet foods. After his retirement, Glynn owned and worked in Midville Hardware Company. When he was able, he loved to ride his tractor and he adored fishing with his sons and grandsons.
