Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Virginia Toler Peebles, age 80, of Swainsboro, GA on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the Emanuel Medical Center.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Paul Leigh officiating.
Interment will follow in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6-8 PM.
Pallbearers are David Kent, Freddie McVey, Johnny Price, Donny Price, Mauricio Martinez, and Tyler Peebles.
Mrs. Peebles was born September 20, 1938 in Soperton, Treutlen County, GA to the late Archie and Nannie Phillips Toler. She was retired from American General Ins. Co, was manager of Swainsboro Apartments for many years, owned and operated People Care Personal Care Home and was an active member of the Swainsboro First Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Peebles; sister, Betty Toler Phillips and brother, Harry Toler.

Two Nieces: Teri Phillips and Dawn Phillips
Five Nephews: Ashley Corbin, Andrew Corbin (Charlsie), Randall Corbin (Jennie), Kerry Phillips (Opeal) and Chris Phillips (Jamie).
Special Friend and Caregiver: Andrea Martins and extended family.
