Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mr. Steven Keith Moore, age 62, of Swainsboro, GA, on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at Emanuel Medical Center, Swainsboro, GA .

Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Cail Pressey officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Moore was born July 13, 1957 in Swainsboro, GA to the late Rufus and Katherine Smith Moore. He was a self employed mechanic who loved the outdoors and nature.  His hobbies included being on the water, hunting, fishing and stargazing, a love he shared with his daughter. Keith also enjoyed woodworking. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Steven Keith Moore, Jr.; three brothers, James, Larry and Rufus Moore and two sisters, Sandra Caldwell and Tochie Lee Fields.

His Niece: Michelle Bishop Ivey (Joe) of Charlotte, NC

His Nephews: Baron Bishop of Augusta, GA and Clark Morris
