Graveside services will be Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 5:00  PM in the Moxley Cemetery (Old Wadley Rd.).

Shelia was born April 23, 1952, in Swainsboro, Emanuel County, GA to the late James Thomas and Iris Marjorie Mims Price. She was a homemaker and of the Primitive Baptist Faith.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry “Rooster” Howell.
