Sharon was a strong and courageous woman who ran a successful business for over 35 years. She never met a stranger and she was everybody’s best friend.  She was the life of the party who held many nicknames, most notably  Pearl, Red and Shay Shay.  She enjoyed her long walks, long days on the beach, and trips with her best girlfriends to Hilton Head. An amazing gardener, Sharon was also a wonderful cook and baker whose red velvet cake was legendary. Sharon was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and a proud member of the Elks Lodge in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She was a wonderful mother who loved her family fiercely. If she told you, “Love you mean it”, she meant it. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marsha Lynn Donaldson.
