Randall "Gene" Autry

Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mr. Randall "Gene" Autry, age 78, who passed away Monday, October 16, 2017 at Halifax Hospice in Orange City, FL.

Memorial services will be Saturday, December 2, 2017 in the Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel at 2:00 PM.

Gene was retired form the Optical Business, loved his family, and fishing. He grew up in Swainsboro and had lived in Augusta and in Florida. Gene was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen Autry; parents, Elma Autry Whitfield and Walter Autry; son, Chris Autry and Daughter Jena Treadwell.

Survivors include:

One Daughter:  Lynda Mayes (Richard) of North Augusta, SC

One Son: Jay Treadwell of Atlanta, GA

One Sister: Betty Baxter of Covington, GA

One Brother: Walter "Bud" Autry of Douglasville, GA

Uncle and Aunt: Clifford and Betty Jones of Waynesboro, GA

 Five Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
