Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of  Mr. Oliver  Gunn, Jr., age 59, of Twin City, GA, on Monday, November 16, 2020, at The Oaks of Bethany in Vidalia, GA.

Graveside service will be conducted Saturday, November 21, 2020, at 11 AM in the Sherrodville Cemetery, Summertown, GA.

Pallbearers will be nephews.

CDC social distancing guidelines will be observed and masks are encouraged for your safety and the well being of others.

Mr. Gunn was born November 7, 1961, to the late Oliver James Gunn Sr. and Lonnie Bell Sherrod Gunn and was a 1980 graduate of ECI (Emanuel County Institute). He was a self-employed contractor and loved his work, and riding his scooter. He was preceded in death by his father Oliver James Gunn, Sr.

His Mother: Lonnie Bell Sherrod Gunn of Swainsboro, GA

Sisters: Khristinia Gunn  of Twin City, GA, Lavonne Gunn of Louisville, GA, Melissa Gunn of Twin City, GA, Casandra Gunn of Waldorf, MD, Brenda Gunn of Lorton, VA, and Teresa Gunn of Metter, GA.

Brothers: Tyrone Gunn, Jeremy Gunn, Paul Anthony Gunn, Horace Gunn and Joe Nathan Gunn all of Twin City, GA.

Nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family.
