Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Mae Hall Kelly, age 90, of Swainsboro, on February 18, 2025, at Retirement Inn in Swainsboro.

A lifelong resident of Emanuel County, Mae was the daughter of Allen D. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 43 years, James W. “Jimmy” Kelly; two brothers, Bo and Bennett Hall; and three sisters, Wynelle Chapman, Virginia Willis, and Mary Scott.

Survivors include:

Daughters: Susan Stephens of Athens, Diane Parker of Brunswick, Mona Schofill (Pat) of Cleveland, and Tammy Wilkes (Don) of Swainsboro.
