Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Madolyn D. Hall, age 84, of Twin City, GA on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Shands University Hospital in Gainesville, FL
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Twin City First United Methodist Church with Rev. David Donnan and Rev. Randall Smith officiating.
Interment will follow in the Coleman-Twin City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5-7 PM.
Mrs. Hall will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers are Seth Pritchard, Robert Skibicki, Ryan Skibicki, Reid Skibicki, Tim Frawley, Jack Minor, Barry Canady and Russ Taylor.
Honorary Escorts will be the Thursday Night Card Club and the O. A. Hall Store Men's Club
Mrs. Hall was born October 10, 1933 in Scarboro, GA to the late Leonard Frank and Maidee Edenfield Dickey. After retiring from Argo Mills, she was Co-Owner/Operator of the O. A. Hall Store for 20 plus years. Mrs. Hall was a faithful member of the Twin City First United Methodist Church, UMW (United Methodist Women) and the Twin City Historical Society. She was well known for her cake baking and decorating and also enjoyed playing cards with the Thursday Night Card Club. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, O. A. Hall, one sister and two brothers.
Survivors include:
Two Daughters: Diane H. Pritchard (Patrick) of Rock Spring, GA and Nancy H. Skibicki (Brian) of Richmond Hill, GA.
One Sister: Shelvy Jean McConnell of Millen, GA
One Brother-In-Law: George Hall (Linda) of Twin City, GA
Four Grandsons: Seth Hall Pritchard, Robert Adam Skibicki, Ryan Alva Skibicki and Reid Alan Skibicki.
Several nieces, nephews, and extended family
