Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Lillian Watson Schwalls, age 90, of Swainsboro, GA, Sunday, May 20, 2018, at Regency Hospital in Macon, GA.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 23rd at 11:00 AM, in the Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Harrell officiating.
Interment will follow in the Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers are Bill Simmons, Milton Gray, Athen Walden, Carnage Young and Danny Holden
Honorary Escorts will be Officers & Employees of Citizens Bank of Swainsboro.
Mrs. Schwalls was born February 9, 1928 to the late Butler B., Sr. and Daisy Johnson Watson, in Graymont, Emanuel County, GA. She was a member of the Swainsboro First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rountree Schwalls; daughter, Joy Schwalls Smith; and son, Charlie Butler Schwalls. Mrs.Schwalls was a Bookkeeper at The Citizens Bank of Swainsboro, GA.

Granddaughter: Amber Albritton of Valdosta, GA
Grandson: Kenneth Schwalls Smith (Jana) of Cordele, GA
Great Grandson: Rhett Smith of Cordele, GA
