Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Jordan Lane Mason, age 29, of Swainsboro, GA on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the Emanuel Medical Center.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 3:00 PM in the Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Paul Leigh officiating and Rev. Lee Lacey assisting.

Interment will follow in the Eastbrook Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 till time of service.

CDC social distancing guidelines will be observed and masks will be required for your safety and for the safety of others. At the request of the family, please adhere to distance guidelines and refrain from handshaking and other casual touching.

Pallbearers are Jon Daniel Glover, Robbie Gilder, Matt Murry and Austin Peebles.

Jordan was born October 19, 1990 in Augusta, Richmond County, GA to John Lanier Griswold and Teresa Jo Daniels, was a 2009 graduate of ECI (Emanuel County Institute) and was a member of the ECI Softball Team.  She received an Associate’s Degree from Ogeechee Technical College, Statesboro, GA in Expanded Function Dental Assisting and was employed as a Dental Service Coordinator with Middle Georgia Family Dentistry.  Jordan was a member of the Swainsboro First Baptist Church, loved the beach, UGA Bulldog Softball and Football.. Her joy was her nieces and nephews and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth E. and Annie Jo Daniels and Frank and Alice Rich.

Brother-In-Law: Andrew Smith (Alyson) of Milledgeville, GA

Maternal Aunt: Cindy Daniels of Swainsboro, GA

Maternal Uncle: Ken Daniels of Swainsboro, GA

Cousins: Jolie Roberts (Daniel) of Statesboro, GA, Jay Daniels of Pooler, GA

Nieces: Charley Hodges and Ava Smith

Nephew: Gracen Hodges
