Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mr. Johnny “Johnny Reb” Neal, age 61 , of Swainsboro, GA, on Monday, June 15, 2020, at his residence.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 11:00 AM in Hawhammock Baptist Church Cemetery with George Williamson officiating.

The family will receive friends at the home of Jessica Neal on Tuesday evening from 4-6 PM.

Honorary Pallbearers are the Indoor Temperature Control Crew.

Mr. Neal was born August 25, 1958 in Swainsboro, Emanuel County, GA. He was a mechanic for most of his life, enjoyed fishing, and racing. He loved his family but most precious to him was his daughter “Jessie” until grandson Braeden came along. In addition to his mother, Mary Lois Smith Neal, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Debra Edenfield and brother, David Neal.

Daughter: Jessica Neal (Brandon Hooks) of Swainsboro, GA

Sisters: Wanda Graham and Lynn Hall (Keith) all of Wrightsville, GA

Sister-In-Law: Stacy Neal of Swainsboro, GA

Brother-In-Law: Bobby Edenfield Sr. of Swainsboro, GA

Grandson: Braeden Hooks of Swainsboro, GA

Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family
