Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Johnnie L. Boatright, age 71, of Tennille, GA, on Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Coliseum Medical Center in Macon, GA after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 10 AM in the Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ray Jenkins officiating.
Interment will follow in the Kite City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.

Mrs. Boatright was born July 28, 1949 in Sandersville, Washington County, GA to the late John W. “Pete” and Oleta Meeks Fuller. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, retired from Rheem Manufacturing as a welder and was a member of the Kite United Methodist Church. Mrs. Boatright was a resident of Tennille for the last 26 years, and had a love for her family and enjoyed keeping up with friends on Facebook, Dr. Phil, Ellen and taking care of her many rescues animals.

Her Husband of 50 years: Andy Boatright of Tennille, GA
Daughters: Stacie Coleman of Goodlettsville, TN and Amy Hartley (Jerry) of Tennille, GA
Son: William Boatright (Michele) of Vidalia, GA
Grandchildren: Holli Childs (Joshua), Kayla Coleman, William Boatright Jr. Tyler Boatright, Zade Boatright, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
