Jerry Howard Kersey

Mr. Jerry Howard Kersey, 71, of Swainsboro passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026, at his residence. He was born on November 4, 1954, in Swainsboro to the late Howard Kersey and Myrtice Kersey. 

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cindy Ann Kersey; sister, Denise Roberts.

Survivors include his sons, Jerry Chase Kersey (Chris) of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, Cody Austin Kersey of Swainsboro; sister, Vickie Page (Sammy) of Warner Robins; 2 grandchildren, Jude Charles Kersey, Nora Joleen Kersey; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Eastbrook Cemetery and Mausoleum with Reverend Mark Hardin officiating.
