Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mr. Homer Eugene Douglas, age 57, of Swainsboro, GA, on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at Meadows Regional Medical Center.

Private Memorial Services will be conducted at a later date.

Mr. Douglas was born December 18, 1961 in Swainsboro, Emanuel County, GA to the late Homer Lee and Mattie Jean Douglas. He was of the Baptist Faith and employed by Auto Paint and Body in Swainsboro, GA. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, George Eddie Edenfield.

Survivors Include:

Three Sisters: Teresa Douglas of Lyons, GA, Betty Jean Brantley and Virginia Gail Willis both of Savannah, GA.

Four Brothers: Gary Douglas of Twin City, GA, Mickey Douglas of Swainsboro, GA, David Edenfield of Swainsboro, GA, and James Edenfield of Sandersville, GA.
