Frances (Moore) Hill Womack

Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Frances Moore Hill Womack, age 86, of Midville, GA, on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Pruitt Health Hospice in Swainsboro, GA.

Funeral services will be Friday, November 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Midville Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Herndon and Rev. Robert Daughtry officiating.

Interment will follow in the Midville City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6-8 PM.

Pallbearers are  Alan Moore, Chris Hall, Dee Newton, Ronnie Hilliard, William Drew and John Rucker.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Herman Moore, Leroy Morgan and Paul Moore.

Mrs. Womack was born July 21, 1931  in Montezuma, GA to the late Frank W. and Annie G. Davis Moore and lived most of her life in Midville, GA. She was a homemaker and member of Midville First Baptist Church.  Mrs. Womack loved dogs, gardening and spending time with family.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Owen Womack; daughter, Laura Ann Hill; son, Charles Henry Hill; sisters, Tiny Whitaker and Nellie Kirk and brothers, Jack Moore, William Moore and Gene Moore.

Survivors include:

One Sister: Mary Mullins of FL.

Special Granddaughter/Caretaker: Tanya Adkisson (Bob) of Midville, GA.

Beloved pets: Scotter and Odie.

Nieces, nephews and extended family.

Special Friends: Stacie Kersey, Lee Lee Mangraham and Jessica Smith.
