Elease Wilkes Hudson

Mrs. Elease Wilkes Hudson passed away in the early morning of February 1, 2025, after an extended illness.

Mrs. Hudson was born June 19, 1939. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Asborn Wilkes and Elsie Wilkes; husband, Gilbert Hudson; an infant sister, Evelyn; brother, Gerald Wilkes.

A private visitation and graveside service was held Sunday, February 2. She was laid to rest at the Herrington Cemetery in Covena.

Survivors include two adopted daughters, Lisa Anderson (Marlon) of Bartow, Crystal Moore (Jason) of Lyons; sons, Gene Glover and Jimmy Glover, both of Dublin; daughter, Connie Smith; granddaughter, Stephanie Smith Phipps of Swainsboro; great-grandson, Mitchell Phipps, all of Swainsboro.
