Cheryl June (McNeely) Lamb

Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Cheryl June Lamb, age 56 of Kite, GA, on Sunday, April 1, 2018, at her residence.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 2:00 PM in the Kersey Family Cemetery in Kite, GA, with Rev. Lamar Kersey and Rev. Bert Flanders officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 12:30 PM till time of departure for the service.

Pallbearers are:  Dalton Dyal¸ Chris Ballard, Thomas Self, Kevin Flanders, Sammie Newsome and Steven Hackle.

Mrs. Lamb was born on May 20, 1961, in Brunswick, GA¸ to the late Ed McNeely and Mary Thelma Cooper.  She was a retired Seamstress¸ a Baptist¸ and loved cooking and yard work.  Mrs. Lamb was preceded in death by one son, Cade Robert Lamb.

Survivors include:

One Daughter:  Carla Lamb of Kite, GA

Her Fiancé:  S. A. Newsome of Kite, GA

Two Sisters:  Glynda Hooks (Alton) and Lynda Smith both of Kite, GA

Two Grandchildren:  Charlee Self and Elijah Self both of Kite, GA
