Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Bonnie Hutcheson Holton, age 94 of Swainsboro, GA, on October 29, 2021, at Pruitt Health & Rehab.
Funeral services will be Monday, November 1, 2021, at 11:00 AM in the Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church with Elder J. E. Griffis officiating.
Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the funeral home from 5-7 PM
Pallbearers are Cameron Kea, David Olds, Jody Womack and Van Irvin.
Mrs. Holton was born September 21, 1927, to the late Pat and Bessie Toler Hutchinson, in Norristown, GA. She was a retired supervisor from Creston Knitting Mills, was an exceptional seamstress, artist and phenomenal cook, had a wonderful sense of humor, and always enjoyed a good laugh. Her greatest accomplishment was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and the love she instilled in them. Mrs. Holton’s faith in her Lord Jesus Christ was her sustaining glory. She was a lifelong member of Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church and in addition to her parents was preceded in death by her first husband, Lamar Hutcheson; daughter, Wanda L. Dixon; son, Bobby Lamar Hutcheson; sisters, Zora Olds and Shirley Allen.

Her Husband: James Leroy Holton of Oak Park, GA.
Daughter: Patricia Kea (Barney) of Swainsboro, GA.
Grandchildren: Jeff McCarty (Janet), Tammy McCarty Cochran (Stephen), Rusty Kea (April), and Benjie Kea.
Great-Grandchildren: Matthew, Amanda, Joey, Morgan, Cameron, Emily, Tristan, Alec and Justin.
8 Great Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
