Andrew "Andy" Blake Hendrix

Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mr. Andrew Blake "Andy" Hendrix, age 55, of Swainsboro, GA on Thursday, May 19, 2016.

Funeral services will be Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Peebles Curry Memorial Chapel with Rev. Louis Pearce officiating.

Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Dellwood, GA

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6-8 PM

Pallbearers are  Shea Kelly, Tyler Kelly, Bobby Mason, Stuart Bowen, Rosby McKenzie and Britt Kendall.

Andy was born February 2, 1961 in Swainsboro, GA, was a 4 year US Navy veteran, carpenter, roofer and was employed with the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, GA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vivian Hudson Hendrix.

One Sister: Donna Hendrix of Swainsboro, GA

Two Brother: Stephen Hudson Hendrix of Kannapolis, NC and Timothy Wayne Hendrix (Judy) of Lyons, GA
