I was sadden to have read about Martha in the newspaper today. I have known her and her husband and Mark since I was 15 years old. We all used to live close by each other. I always thought a lot of her and would see her and James up town now and then. She was a great lady and I always had fun at her house. To Mark, don''t know what to say but sorry as I can be, whish we stayed in touch more. I will truly miss her alot and pray God will comfort the rest of the family thru this difficult time.

Dale & Family,

We are so sorry to hear about Martha. We just loss our Dad on Feb 8, 2011; and we know the almost unbearable hurt that it brings. It's been a while, but we use to see your Mother and James at 'Ole'Time' Restaurant, and enjoyed chatting with her, she always had a big smile, and asked how our family was doing. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Martha. She will be missed. She meant a lot to both of us. She was Larry's secretary at RAFB for many years and she was a great asset to him and those she worked with. She gave a lot of herself to those she called friends. I will never forget that she spent a lot of precious time making blankets, carseat cover, and baby clothes for our first born son. She also made a christening outfit for our second son who was born seven years later. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this time. We pray you will feel the Lord's peace that passes all understanding in the days to come. Larry and Linda Haley Eastman, Georgia
