My Dearest Patsy,I'm so sorry about Howard,I was praying so hard that things were really going to get better from the last text I received from you. You know that some of the best times when I was with GSP was sitting in the kitchen with Howard drinking coffee and reminiscing about the good ole days that he had with daddy and some of the "ole timers" working out on patrol there will never be another Yogi. Love you always

Howard and I were classmates at SHS and coworkers at Levin’s Department Store many years ago. I considered him a friend and he will be missed by many. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Patsy, my heart is heavy tonight. Such a wonderful friend and he sure did adore you. I will never forget the fun times at Post 19. Howard was a joy to work with and fun to be around. All of us "older" ones that worked closely in the 80's in Swainsboro have always been a close knit family. When anyone of us hurts...we all hurt...and we are hurting tonight over the loss of our dear brother in blue...

Goodbye old friend. I could not ask for a better brother-in-law. Boy, did we share some times! You humored me when I bought a dog, instead of a new sofa. You took care of wayward boyfriends. I had no idea it would be our last Christmas. You will be missed.
